4.1. The Trust's objectives are to enable and assist the Comrie community in a) facing the community-wide challenges presented by economic uncertainty, environmental degradation, and climate change b) easing the personal distress inflicted by impoverishment of health, mobility, wealth, or opportunity, and c) realising the ambition for additional local services and facilities 4.2. The Trust delivers its objectives via: a) community initiatives and services that deliver local public benefit through economically and environmentally sustainable development, regeneration, and diversification. b) In delivery of its objectives, the Trust supports local community-led and targeted actions that: c) promote resilience by facilitating and building local capacity in terms of skills, resources, and infrastructure. d) seek to overcome individual social, emotional, and physical impoverishment or disadvantage due to financial inequity, domestic circumstance, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, ill-health, reduced mobility, or infirmity. e) promote and facilitate healthier lifestyle opportunities, social engagement, and personal development. f) promote citizenship, volunteering, and charitable activities. g) stimulate, develop, support, and advance delivery and participation in economic, environmental, social, built and cultural heritage, artistic, recreational, and sporting activities, services, and projects h) value ecosystem services and efficient resource use that reverses or minimises carbon and other polluting and degrading impacts. 4.3. In pursuit of the Trust's other purposes, it offers: a) to facilitate compatible educational and training initiatives that address shortfalls in knowledge, understanding, skills, and certification, including enabling participation by seeking to provide or organise respite services for care-givers. b) to provide an umbrella corporate framework for compatible charitable and communityinterest groups and projects.
