To promote the welfare and relieve the needs of families with pre-school children in Kirkcaldy and its environs by: (1) Providing a community resource to support such families and exploring new avenues of childcare and family support not already provided by child centres and nurseries. and (2) Seeking to prevent breakdown with the family, in particular between parent and child. and (3) Promoting action for the eradication, directly or indirectly, of poverty.
