And by, empowering ethnic minority deaf community in their participation in civil life and tackling exclusion through community initiatives, training, promoting wider public recognition of their needs and cultural identity as deaf community. • The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the person for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended.
