Description
To promote the education and training for the learning disabled residents of the East End of Glasgow ('the Operating Area') and to promote the provision of such literacy and numeracy courses as assist those people to contribute to their educational developemt, which are in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life, and to enable them to find employment or pursue further/higher education or training.
