Description
The objects of the Company are in relation to persons affected by spinal cord injury or related non-congenital diseases or injuries, the relief of those diseases or injuries and the promotion of the welfare of persons with them in any manner which is now or may hereafter be deemed to be charitable as the Trustees shall from time to time determine and in particular through provision of targeted services that: (a) further rehabilitation and encourage independence of such individuals. (b) promote their reintegration within society. (c) promote education and awareness within society of issues relevant to spinal cord injury or related non-congenital diseases or injuries. (d) To promote the involvement of the organisation in scientific medical research into the nature causes treatment and prevention of such injuries and the promotion in the relevant medical and scientific fields.
