The advancement of health and welfare of children and families in the area of benefit by providing or assisting in the provision of aid such as medical supplies and training and by providing or assisting in the provision of activities, programmes and projects that foster positive attitudes towards health, fitness, diet, and exercise. The advancement of community development in the area of benefit by providing or assisting in the provision of projects and facilities that address the decline in social cohesion or that facilitate interactions between members of the community and enable individuals to learn more about each other and build stronger, sustainable relationships and that address the marginalisation of individuals due to factors such as disability, ethnicity or age. The advancement of public participation in sport in the area of benefit by providing or assisting in the provision of sporting projects, opportunities and activities that encourage people to adopt healthy, active lifestyles whilst promoting the power of sport as a means of engaging with others.
