Description
(a) To promote the preservation, maintenance and improvement of Baxter Park for the benefit of the public by associating the local authorities and inhabitants in a common effort to provide such facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objects of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.
