Description
To promote the effectiveness and efficiency of charities and of the voluntary sector by promoting learning about evaluation and the results of evaluation as a process which can be used to improve the delivery of services for the public benefit throughout Scotland. To promote such other purposes, objects or institutions as are charitable in law and in such proportions and manner as the Trustees shall think fit.
