Description
(i) To promote the benefit of particularly but not exclusively young people within the boundaries of East Edinburgh, Lothian District Council in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved and in particular to introduce flexibility in the methods of delivery.
