Description
(1) To provide facilities for young people within Midlothian East ('the Operating Area') which promote their social welfare, provide educational and recreational opportunities and in general improve their quality and conditions of life. (2) To relieve unemployment through offering young people resident in the Operating Area, alternative and informal opportunities to gain transferrable skills, accredited qualifications and volunteering experience.
