1 The company’s objects are to: i)Educate families living in Scotland and the general public in more effective ways to care for children, and in the importance of sound relationships. ii)Assist parents and carers, especially those most in need, to improve and enrich family relationships. To provide individuals with accredited training and certification in the delivery of Parent Network Scotland courses and ongoing support. and to authorise, oversee and support them in all aspects of their work for, and in association with, Parent Network Scotland e. To provide opportunities for parents to deliver the services provided by Parent Network Scotland, especially those who have previously participated in its courses f. To provide training for professionals working in the fields of child care, education, health and family welfare g. To co-operate, and work in partnership, with statutory and voluntary sector agencies providing similar and complementary services h. To ensure that the parents voice is heard in the development of national and local policies relating to family life
