Description

The SCIO will promote, advance and further charitable purposes by providing a range of services (including, but not limited to, social, recreational and educational activities, counselling and support, care, advocacy and advice) to support the evolving needs of disabled children, young people (without applying any prescription as to age), and their families who live on or come to the Isle of Bute. In doing so, the SCIO will also provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and leisure activities so that the lives, education, experiences and opportunities for those disabled children, young people and their families may be improved and supported.
