To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of east ayrshire and in particular the advancement of education, the furtherance of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. to promote and/ or provide training in skill of all kinds, particularly such skills as will assist residents of East Ayrshire in obtaining paid employment. To promote, establish, operate and or support other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of the community within East Ayrshire.
