Description
(a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of East Pollokshields and its environs (the 'Operating Area') without distinction of race, class, nationality, disability, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreational and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.
