The Company is established (a) to advance the education of and to protect and preserve the good health, both physical and mental, to relieve the suffering and distress of persons in the areas covered by Angus, Dundee City, and Perth and Kinross Councils without distinction as to lifestyle, sexuality, race, colour, age, gender, disability or religion who are diagnosed as carrying the HIV virus or its antibodies or other blood borne viruses, including anyone who has developed HIV or any other blood borne virus related conditions and those who are directly affected by HIV or other blood borne viruses. ('Directly affected' individuals are those who have or have had a personal (not professional) relationship with someone who is living with HIV or any other blood borne virus, such as a partner, relative or significant other.)
