Description
3.1 To promote the practice of counselling and mediation with the object of assisting persons concerned in matrimonial or similar disputes whether or not involved in any Court proceedings in the amicable resolution of such disputes in the appreciation and understanding of the problems involved and to further the interests of affected children in adaptation to and coping with their changed situations and circumstances and in any other similar way. 3.2 To promote a comprehensive and co-ordinated community service designed to meet the special needs of such persons and to provide counselling and mediation with the objects specified at 3.1 supra. 3.3 To promote and encourage co-operation with and support for Courts. statutory and voluntary agencies and all organisations and individuals whatsoever involved in any way with matrimonial or similar disputes as specified at 3.1 supra. 3.4 To promote and encourage research into and study of matters connected in any way with the objects for which the company is established.
