Description
The Charity seeks to advocate for menstrual equity, aid accessible and inclusive menstrual health education and reduce the level of period and hygiene poverty in Northern Ireland. The Charity will help reduce levels of vulnerability for those in conditions of financial need, hardship, disability, ill health or distress in particular but not exclusively by : (1) the direct provision of period products, hygiene essentials and toiletries et cetera that will improve the conditions of life and prospects for such people; (2) by assisting other Northern Ireland based charities and organisations who are preventing or relieving financial need, hardship or distress with the provision of period products, hygiene essentials, toiletries et cetera. The charity seeks to positively affect change by raising awareness of inequality and encouraging a better understanding amongst all ages and all genders of menstrual health and wellbeing through public engagement, research and collaboration with other projects throughout the world.
