Description
To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Tullycarnet and its environs (hereinafter described as the area of benefit) without distinction of age, gender, race, political, religious or other opinion, by associating the local and statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, health, youth and community development and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the objectives of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
