Description
Belfast Lough Sailability is established for the relief of disability and the advancement of education; namely sailing by disabled people, involving training, recreation and competition: and to promote the preservation of health and sefety therein. In pursuance of it's objectives, The Association embraces the aims of the RYA Foundation in "the promotion of participation in boating by those who are disadvantaged by reason of youth, age, infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances". All references to 'disabled people' or 'disability' shall be taken to include those also disadvantaged by the aforementioned circumstances.
