Description
The Charity's objects ('the Objects') are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Sandholes area and its environs in Tullylagan, Crossglebe, Legacurry and Kiltyclogher (the "area of benefit") without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race, disability or political, religious or other opinion by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to: (a) To advance education and the arts by running courses, classes, exhibitions and meetings on appropriate subjects. (b) To provide facilities for social welfare, recreation and leisure activities in various premises which we have permission to utilise including the local Orange Hall or Church Hall. (c) To promote and encourage a deeper understanding, an awareness of the Ulster Scots identity through a variety of recreational activities to include Ulster Scots music, art, literature and the Ulster Scots language.
