Description

The purpose is stated under clause 3 of the Constitution of Rathfern Community Regeneration Group. The Group is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Rathfern (hereinafter called the area of benefit) without distinction of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, political, religious or other opinion, in accordance with the equality provisions of Section 75 of the Northern Ireland 1998 by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary and community organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to promote facilities in the interests of social welfare, recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
