Description
The objects of the group shall be: A) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Suffolk estate and its neighbourhood (hereinafter called the area) specifically the area bounded by a line running along the Stewartstown Road from the building now known as O'Neills Funeral Parlour to the line of Colin Glen River, along the line of the river to the farthest point of Suffolk playing fields, along the edge of Suffolk playing fields to Blacks Road including the land formerly Suffolk Primary School. Turning up Blacks Road to a line running between houses on Oranmore Drive and Trenchard from there along the peaceline as existing on 22 March 1995 to O'Neill's Funeral Parlour without distinction of sex, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together with the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. B) To provide or secure the provision of social services, educational and recreational facilities for all sections of the community ie youth, elderly, people with special needs or who are disabled, women, men, children, the unemployed and other disadvantaged groups within the area of benefit. C) To promote any other charitable purpose within the area of benefit with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
