Description

PSS services are designed to plug the gaps and provide on the ground support to a wide array of people. We recognise when people are in need and find new and practical ways to get the most from life. We work with elderly and disabled people in the community, with families caught up in the criminal justice system or in need, and in a preventative way with families and people at risk
