Description

21 Plus supports children and young people with Down Syndrome in Monmouthshire and surrounding areas. We hold weekly early intervention groups for pre-schoolers, speech and language groups for primary aged children, and a monthly youth group for teenagers. We provide a school support service and regular conferences and workshops. We are affiliated with the Down's Syndrome Association.
