Description
4 Payment for Charitable Purposes The Trustees shall have power in their discretion at any time or times to hold any property and to pay or apply the whole or any part or parts of the income or capital of the Trust Fund for the following charitable purposes:- (a) the advancement of public participation in sport (and 'sport' means sport which involves both physical skill and physical exertion). (c) the advancement of animal welfare. (d) the advancement of health (including the prevention or relief of sickness, disease or human suffering). and (e) any other charitable purposes.
