4. The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are, on a global basis, (1) to relieve poverty, suffering and distress of people who are in a condition of need, hardship or distress by providing funds with the object of improving the conditions of life generally but in particular those who have need of such facilities by virtue of their homelessness, or who are displaced persons, (2) the relief of those in need by reason of their disadvantage and (3) the advancement of education in relation to global homelessness. 5.
