4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1. To establish a community Hub, in conjunction with other service providers. Identify issues and needs within the community. Retention of cultural identity, beliefs and values. through general storytelling, Arts/Crafts, cooking and sharing food, learning and language. 4.4. To raise awareness of Gender Based Violence (GBV) in challenging abuse against women, men and children. Particularly those from countries where the culture, religion, upbringing, beliefs, background and family ties discriminate against women and girls. 4.5. To integrate Ethnic Minorities and migrants into the local community through workshops and mentoring scheme, helping members to develop support networks and to build up their confidence. 4.6. To support the education of children and young people living in Glasgow, particularly Africans and Ethnic Minority through homework/afterschool club and other educational activities.
