Description
The objectives of the Charity shall be: To encourage and support the study/research of the historical findings derived from the events preceding, surrounding and following the Battle of the Somme on the 1st July 1916 and to promote the benefit of the participants of the Ancre Somme Association Scotland area/s and its environs of/in United Kingdom (hereinafter called the 'area of benefit') without distinction of age, gender, or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary and community sector organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education.
