4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 Prevention or relief from poverty In particular, but not exclusively by: affording relief of those vulnerable by reason of age, physical and/or emotional wellbeing, disability, physical environment, traditional and cultural practice by equipping women with technical skills, knowledge and understanding to be economically secure. ensuring the safety and well-being of them and their families by establishing economic empowerment initiatives for women that secure investment into the education of their children. 4.2 The advancement of education In particular, but not exclusively by: advancing the value of education by promoting, sustaining and increasing individual and collective knowledge and understanding of specific areas of study, skills and expertise engaging young people vulnerable to exploitation through focus on life skills, self confidence and critical thinking focusing on the hardship for children within pastoralist communities, girls whose livelihood is defined through tradition and cultural practice, and those displaced through conflict the provision of facilities such as the supply of equipment, materials or books, payment of fees for instruction, examination or other expenses associated with academic and vocational training. 4.3 The advancement of health In particular, but not exclusively by. the facilitation of access to appropriate health and wellbeing education workshops, medical screening and provision of nutritious feeding programmes.
