Description
The advancement and promotion of the Christian Faith by the provision of financial assistance to such persons as are engaged, either in a wholly unsalaried or only partly salaried basis in academic and vocational lecturing, teaching and training of Christian Theology and the practical application thereof in Christian Theological colleges or other educational establishments within the Republic of South Africa or elsewhere within the continent of Africa, provided that the persons who receive such financial assistance shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the directors of the Company by a majority decision. (b) To do anything which may be incidental or conducive to the furtherance of any of the Charity's purposes.
