- The organisation is established for charitable purposes only with the primary objectives being: 4.1 To reduce isolation in those suffering from mental illness or mental health issues by providing a safe space online in which individuals can anonymously talk about their problems with other users. 4.2 To provide information relating to mental health conditions, advice and information on how and where to get help. 4.3 To encourage involvement in the community by providing face to face support groups and supported community activities. 4.4 To increase understanding and provide insight of what it is like to have and live with a mental health condition, to encourage communication from those who feel they would benefit from talking to someone and to reduce stigma by the trustees and associates of the organisation giving frank, open and humorous (where appropriate) talks to students, communities and professional organisations. This will give 'normal' faces to mental illness.
