The advancement of education by: Creating a knowledge centre in the Highlands and Islands which supports matters of importance to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, questioning and intersex communities and individuals. Mobilising and increasing resources for educational and cultural gain of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, questioning and intersex communities and individuals. Building a permanently endowed fund through which donors can make regular gifts/legacy donations to ensure the sustainability of Q North and its aims. The promotion of equality and diversity by: Developing volunteering and philanthropic activities in support of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, questioning and intersex communities and individuals. Promoting acceptance for all communities who are different within and between the heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, questioning and intersex communities and individuals.
