Description

The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income of it to pay and apply the same to or for the benefit of or in furtherance of the following charitable purposes: (i) to advance animal welfare. (ii) to advance environmental protection. (iii) to relieve those in need by reasons of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disability in and around the areas of North Berwick and East Lothian in Scotland, (iv) to provide financial support in the form of grants and donations to individuals, charitable institutions and other bodies furthering charitable purposes in Scotland and elsewhere, and (v) such other similar charitable purposes or charitable institutions in such proportions and manner as the Trustees shall think fit,
