Description
To hold the Trust Funds in Trust to cover the cost of purchasing and supplying specialist protective clothing, including structural fire fighting helmets, and associated fire and rescue equipment as required for the volunteer Fire Brigades in Peru, and in particular the British Fire Brigade Victoria Number 8 in Lima, Peru, to provide the volunteer personnel of the aid Brigade with suitable and improved equipment of a higher standard than that presently issued to and in use by the aid personnel, to enable the said personnel more effectively to carry out their primary purpose of saving lives and safeguarding property. Declaring that although the primary purpose of the Trust Fund is to provide funding to supplement the equipment of the personnel of the British Fire Brigade Victoria Number 8 in Lima, Peru, but that you my Trustees shall be free in your own absolute discretion to use the Trust Funds to provide financial assistance for other volunteer Fire Brigades or other fire and rescue organisations in Peru or elsewhere where fire fighting and rescue equipment is not of a suitable and acceptable standard or to provide a financial assistance for some other purpose of a similar charitable nature if it seems to you as Trustees to be more expedient and beneficial so to do
