(c) To relieve those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability,financial hardship or other disadvantage by funding projects that help remove any of the physical, social or economic barriers to cycling: ? To benefit people in a direct and local sense by funding bike-based projects. ? To benefit the wider cycling community by funding bike-based projects. ? providing opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds to own and maintain their own bike, through the funding that Weathered Cyclist events will generate.
