Description

The purposes of the Trust are : (One) the charitable purpose of supporting the treatment ?of and research into disease and the dissemination of the knowledge gained by such research including without prejudice to the foregoing generality the work of the British Heart Foundation having their Scottish Office at Sixteen Chester Street, Edinburgh, the Cancer Research Campaign, having their Glasgow Office at One hundred and seventy three St Vincent Street Glasgow and the Elizabeth Kerr Research Fund per the Glasgow Eye Infirmary. (Two) to relieve the needs of those suffering from a Physical or Mental Disability I illness or impairment arising from the conditions including the provision of financial .assistance not only to the individuals concerned but also to the persons and Institutions who provide care for them. (Three} to benefit in any way such other charitable object or objects in any part of the world as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit to support or establish.
