Description
1) the relief of persons affected by cauda equina syndrome and the promotion of health with particular reference to this syndrome, in particular but not exclusively by: a) providing ces sufferers in the whole of the uk with help, support, sympathy, independence and a support network for all ces sufferers and their carers. b) raising public awareness of ces and the need for better specialist care and counselling for sufferers. C) creating support networks throughout the uk and identifying ces patients' needs. d) providing help, grants, equipment and modifications for ces sufferers to help them meet their own needs. e) supporting early recognition and diagnosis of symptoms and management of the condition with correct medical treatment. e) promoting and encouraging further research in the development of spinal nerve damage recovery with ces condition. f) working with the british medical profession to have asses to correct statistics and data regarding cauda equina syndrome (ces) and raising awareness in the medical profession to promote recognition of the syndrome. 2) to promote or encourage medical research into the cause, cure, prevention or relief of cauda equina syndrome provided that the useful results of the research shall be published in order to further the above object and promote and protect health for the public benefit.
