4.1. The Organisation will encourage members of the community to participate in voluntary activity in pursuit of its own charitable purposes and/or where there is public benefit. 4.1.2. The Organisation will encourage greater involvement of individuals in community activity by soliciting assistance/subsidy requests for their schemes and determining the outcome by an on-line community vote. 4.1.3. The Organisation will assist voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises through sponsorship, equipment, training, and development of their on-line presence. 4.1.4. The Organisation will be improving the physical infrastructure within the areas it operates through the provision of telecommunications networks. 4.2. The advancement of health (including the prevention or relief of sickness, disease or human suffering). 4.2.1. The Organisation will facilitate the provision of health services over its telecommunications networks. 4.2.2. The Organisation will work alone or with others, to meet the needs of the patient by providing personal equipment to be used in and around their dwelling
