Description
The objects of the Company are: (a) To contribute to the preservation and improvement of the health of the community, and to the physical, mental, moral and economic well being of its people, by every available charitable means to help relieve the community and its members individually and collectively, from the risks and other injurious consequences of tobacco smoking, including fire risks associated with it, and the dangers of exposure to tobacco smoke. 3.2 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the objects shall include in particular the following:- a) To advance the education of the public concerning the dangers and effects of tobacco smoking, and their consequences upon the physical, moral and economic health of the community and of the individual.
