Description
1) The Scheme shall be a dog welfare organisation providing care for Scottish Terriers in need of new homes or other appropriate assistance. It may provide assistance, determined on a discretionary basis, to dogs of 'Scottish Terrier' type in cases where breed status is not immediately apparent.
