Description
This Trust Fund shall be held for the public benefit for charitable purposes only (within the meaning assigned thereto in Section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005) in order to :- a) support the advancement of the Christian religion at Pirie Mission and the communities in which it serves in the Eastern Cape South Africa. b) provide and support educational and health opportunities for the said Pirie Mission and the communities which it serves. c) take whatever steps are necessary to assist in improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the area served by the Pirie Mission, its congregation and communities d) fulfil the aims of The Partnership Agreement hereinafter referred to in clause 11 e) take whatever steps are necessary to further the spirit of the said Partnership Agreement.
