Description
1. The Trustees shall hold and apply such monies and other funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Fund, in trust for the following purposes:- a) To provide funds for the relief of orphans in need, by reason of HIV/AIOS and their carers (grandparents) . b) To provide funds for education, community development, the advancement of health, and the saving of lives. c) To administer such funds in the manner appropriate to the projects the trustees deem necessary for the above. 2.
