Description

The Trust Fund and the income thereof shall be applied by the Trustees for the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by or under the direction of the Trustees with the approval of the Regional Superior as he shall from time to time think fit and if at any time the Trustees shall cease to exist or shall cease to carry on or direct any such charitable work then to such registered charitable organisation involved in such lawful charitable work similar to the work carried out by the Trustees.
