Description

The trustees shall pay the annual income after deduction of fees and expenses of the trust fund to the CJ & EJ Melbourne Trust for its general purpose as set forth in a deed of trust dated the thirty first day of March One Thousand and nine hundred and fifty five which are. The National Trust for places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty 15%, The National Trust for Scotland for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty 10%, Presbyterian Church of England Trust (for the CJ & EJ Melbourne Trust) 15%, Congregational Union of England and Wales (Incorporated) (for the CJ & EJ Melbourne Fund) 10%, The Salvation Army Trustee Company(for the CJ & EJ Melbourne Trust)25%, Distressed Gentlefolks Aid Association 10%, National Association of Aimshouses (for the CJ & EJ Melbourne Endowment) 15% and made between the settler of the one part and the trustees of the other part and so long as the said C.J and E.J Melbourne Trust shall time to time as when required and than otherwise out of the income of the Trust fund clean the gravestones and maintain in good order and condition the graves of Charles James Melbourne, Helen Melbourne and Phoebe Bradford, Grave numbers 945 and 946 at Burton upon Trent Cemetery(Melbourne). Grave number 1014 (Dawson), restoring If and so soon as the said CJ and EJ Melbourne Trust shall make default in cleaning maintaining repairing rebuilding or replacing the said gravestones and the graves of any of the aforesaid the capital and income of the trust fund shall be held in trust for the Royal National Institute for the Blind for its general purposes.
