Description

(1) To promote the benefit of patients and other members of the local community using Ardach Health Centre [AHC] by promoting and supporting the provision of health care within the community by the purchase and provision of appropriate medical equipment or furniture that is not part of the statutory responsibilities of the health authorities. (2) To promote any health-related charitable purpose by the provision of grants and donations to recognised or registered charitable bodies, or for the charitable purposes of any medical establishment or to individuals who have need of such grant or donation to obtain treatment that would not otherwise be available through the NHS and (3) to promote good health by assisting in the establishment of self help groups that would promote activities which increase the health of the local population.
