Description
The objects of the Association (in this constitution referred to as 'the Objects') shall be wholly charitable (the word 'charitable' wherever it appears in this document shall have the meaning ascribed to it for the purposes of section 5O5 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988, including any statutory modification or re-enactment of that Act for the time being in force).
