Description

(a) To provide holidays in order to alleviate the conditions of life, to relieve the needs of and educate persons who are disadvantaged through poverty, sickness, physical or mental disabilities and whose circumstances require items or services unavailable to them from other sources, so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions oflife may be improved. (b) To establish, provide or assist in the provision of accommodation, equipment, facilities or other items for persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their learning or physical disabilities, or their social or economic circumstances, with the object of improving their conditions of life. (c) To provide educational guidance and tutorial support services. (d) To make grants to charities having charitable purposes designed to relieve persons with learning difficulties in such amounts and at such times as the Company shall in its absolute discretion determine.
