Description

The Trust is established solely for purposes that are charitable in law - for the avoidance of doubt the word 'charitable' shall have the same meaning as in Sections 505 and 506(1) Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 and any subsequent amendment thereto - and in particular the advancement of the education of the public and the advancement of the Christian Religion by educating the public in general and in particular communities, organisations or individuals in Christian teaching and the spreading of the Christian Gospel in Scotland and elsewhere in the United Kingdom or abroad and by other activities which will assist in furthering the foregoing objects.
