Description
- To assume ownership of the two paintings, donated to Cockbumspath in 1949 by Mrs. Marshall Brown and to effect a sale of the paintings in due course. 2. To create a fund to be known as the Cockbumspath Marshall Brown Trust Fund, and to invest the contents so as to produce growth and reasonable income. 3.
