The charitable purposes hereof (herein, after denominated the trust purposes') are such purposes as are: recognised by law to be exclusively charitable and in particular but without prejudice to that generality as follows: - 1. (b) Is the wife, husband, widow, widower, child or remoter issue of any person qualified respect of employment as aforesaid. 3. The benefit of any person who: (a) Is for the time being indigent. (b) . Has for one year resided in the Countries of Perth or Sussex.
